The Bresser 102/600 EQ-3 AT-3 is a complete starter kit built around a sizable 102 mm lens. With two eyepieces and the 2x Barlow lens, you cover magnifications from 24x to 120x, and via the equatorial mount, you learn to track objects with a single twist.

Short achromatic with wide field of view

The 102 mm lens gathers approximately 212 times more light than the naked eye. With the eyepieces you view at 24x and 60x, and with the Barlow up to 120x: neatly within the range where this f/5.9 design performs at its best. On bright objects, some chromatic aberration remains visible; that is inherent to this fast optical design.

EQ-3 mount with accessories

After alignment, the equatorial mount tracks with a single motion. The accessory tray keeps eyepieces and Barlow lenses within arm's reach while observing.
