That's how it works

Not satisfied with your purchase? You have with us 30-day cooling-off period, calculated from the day after you (or someone you have designated) received the product. You do not need to provide a reason.

Step 1: Report your return. Let us know within the cooling-off period that you wish to return, via [email protected], by phone or by WhatsApp. You may use the statutory model withdrawal form for this, but a simple message is also fine.

Step 2: Send the product back, within 14 days of your notification, to:

Pack the product securely, preferably in the original box with all supplied accessories, and include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice so we can process your return quickly. Keep your shipping receipt. Unsure how to safely pack a large telescope for return? Email us, and we'll help you figure it out.

Step 3: Get your money back. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping costs (if you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we will refund the standard rate). We will pay within 14 days of your cancellation notice, once we have received the product or you have proven that it has been shipped. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as your purchase, at no additional cost.

Good to know

You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a store. If the product has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may deduct from your refund.

With the exception of the right of withdrawal, products that are specially composed, modified, or personalized for you are excluded.
