We are a small club of amateur astronomers from Sneek, and we prefer to help you the way we like to be helped ourselves. Honest, no-nonsense, and with the time your question requires.

We don't have a traditional store, but we aren't an anonymous web shop either. We ship from multiple warehouses, frequently attend stargazing nights, organize workshops and events, and visit classrooms. And you can simply drop by in Sneek, by appointment. Whether you want to pick up your order, see a telescope in real life, or get personal explanations about astrophotography or visual observing, just email us and we'll schedule a time. Feel free to bring your own telescope. If you bought it from us, that explanation is free of charge.

Question about the status of your order? Check out tracking.telescoop.nl. You enter your order number, postal code, and house number and you immediately see where your order is and when we expect it. That way you don't have to wait for us.
