Planet details at the touch of a button!
The Bresser Messier 150/1200 Hexafoc GoTo combines f/8 planetary optics with automatic aiming and tracking. Jupiter remains centered for minutes at high magnification, without adjustment. The included objective solar filter also allows for safe solar observation.

f/8 optics with Hexafoc
The 150 mm parabolic mirror captures about 459 times more light than the naked eye. The long focal length of 1200 mm (f/8) provides high contrast at high magnification: exactly what you want for the Moon, planets, and double stars. With the 26 mm Super Plössl eyepiece, you’ll achieve 46x magnification; stick to approximately 300x as the maximum. The 2.5-inch Hexafoc focuser with adapters provides stable support even for heavy eyepieces. Use the solar filter only if it is undamaged, and never look at the Sun without certified protection.
StarTracker GoTo System
The StarTracker hand controller knows over 100,000 objects and automatically positions the telescope. Servo motors on both axes then track accurately. You can later connect an autoguider via the ST-4 port for long exposures.

Featured accessories
The Bresser Plössl 10 mm eyepiece (120x, 29 euros) is the core magnification. The Bresser universal power supply 230V/12V (39 euros) powers the mount at home; the Bresser Mobile Power Station 155 Wh (169 euros) does so in the field. A Bresser laser collimator (74.90 euros) keeps the optics sharp.
For whom yes, for whom no
Recommended for: those who want to see as much planetary detail as possible, comfortably and without having to search. Not recommended for: those who are primarily interested in wide deep-sky fields; the 150/750 GoTo is a better fit in that case. Compare via the Buying guide. Meer Bresser is on the merk page.
