An 8-inch self-aligning light collector!

The Bresser Messier 203/1000 Hexafoc GoTo combines an 8-inch mirror surface with fully automatic searching and tracking. The hand controller knows over 100,000 objects and the integrated T2 adapter makes the step into photography a small one.

8-inch optics with Hexafoc

The 203 mm parabolic mirror captures over 800 times more light than the naked eye. With a 1000 mm focal length (f/5), the included 26 mm Super Plössl eyepiece gives you 38x magnification; consider approximately 406x as the maximum. The 2.5-inch Hexafoc focuser supports heavy 2-inch eyepieces and camera equipment without sagging. Only use the solar filter if it is undamaged and never look at the sun without certified protection.

StarTracker GoTo System

The StarTracker hand controller knows over 100,000 objects and automatically positions the telescope. Servo motors on both axes then track accurately. You can later connect an autoguider via the ST-4 port for long exposures.
