Omegon Pro RC 154/1370 Telescope - razor-sharp astrophotos from the first night
The Omegon Pro RC 154/1370 is a Ritchey-Chrétien telescope for astrophotographers who take quality seriously. You'll see round, sharp stars all the way to the edge of your image. No corrector required. Plug in your camera and start shooting right away.
Sharp image and large field of view
The hyperbolic main and catch mirrors keep stars sharp and round. From the center to the edge of your image. Less distortion means less post-processing and more fun while shooting.

Focus that remains
The BK7 mirror hardly changes due to temperature differences. Focus shift is minimal. Even at long exposures, your image remains sharp.
Fast to temperature
The open design allows air to circulate freely. Your telescope cools faster. Less turbulence in the tube, brighter stars. On the 10″ version, a fan can provide even faster cooling.
Solid and high contrast
The tube is robust and stable. Dark backgrounds stay dark. Faint stars and nebulae stand out. Perfect for deep space photography and bright asteroid shots.

Photographing without a corrector
Connect your DSLR or astro camera directly. No corrector needed to get coma-free stars to the edge. APS-C sensors even work without additional tools. Fullframe is possible with larger RC models.
Better than SC telescopes
No front corrector plate means no internal reflections and a brighter image. RC telescopes are the best corrected two-mirror telescopes on the market. Sharpness remains impressive both in the center and at the edge of the image.
Affordable professional quality
Hyperbolic mirrors used to be available only to large observatories. Now even the experienced hobby astronomer can enjoy this technology.
What we recommend
✓ Moon: excellent - craters and mountains sharply visible
✓ Planets: very detailed - cloud bands and rings bright
✓ Deep-sky: excellent - nebulae and galaxies sharp to the edge
✓ Astrophotography: perfectly suited - APS-C sensors, coma-free stars
✗ Earth observation: not ideal - designed for stars and deep-sky
