Omegon Pro UHC Nebula Filter 2 inch: maximum nebula contrast in 2 inch
This narrowband filter is intended for visual deep-sky observation from light-polluted areas, in the 2-inch size for wide-angle eyepieces and photographic light paths.

Only the light that matters
The filter transmits almost exclusively emission lines, including OIII and H-beta, and blocks the light from sodium and mercury vapor lamps. On objects such as the Orion Nebula, the Veil Nebula, and the Lagoon Nebula, this yields a dark background and more sharply defined nebula structures.
Construction and finish
The aluminum mount has a fine thread and the optics are multi-coated for high light transmission within the passband and minimal reflection outside of it. Even in dark locations, a gain in contrast remains.
Featured accessories
