TeleVue Gibraltar HD4 Alt-AZ : Azimutale Montering: zware alt-azimut voor 4 inch refractors

De Gibraltar HD4 is de montering voor de langere, zwaardere 4 inch buizen zoals de NP101is en volgt hetzelfde recept als de hele lijn: grote lagervlakken, dik essenhout en instelbare frictie, zonder een gram elektronica.

De pootverlenging brengt de hoogteas tot ongeveer 1,5 meter, met een schaalverdeling op de poten zodat je een gevonden hoogte exact terugzet.

The TeleVue Philosophy: Alt-Azimuth Without Electronics

TeleVue builds its mounts around a simple idea: grab, point, look. No polar alignment, no power, no menus. You push the telescope to your target, and friction holds it there.

The friction of the bearings is adjustable per axis, so tracking at high magnification is done with a fingertip. For visual observation with a refractor, this is the fastest route from the front door to the first object.

Why a wooden tripod

The ash wood tripod legs aren’t just a nostalgic touch: wood dampens vibrations faster than aluminum or steel. After a tap against the tube, the image stabilizes more quickly, and you’ll notice that every night, especially at high magnification merk.

The triangular wooden accessory shelf connects the legs and stiffens the whole unit; the metal ground stakes with rubber caps are stable on both grass and tiles.

Gebouwd op hoge vergroting

Een 4 inch refractor bij 200x vraagt om een montering die niet natrilt en niet verspringt. De grote lagervlakken van de HD-kop maken het volgen met een vingertop mogelijk, terwijl de ingebouwde pijler ook bij steil omhoog kijken ruimte voor de buis laat.

Een waterpas zit in de statiefbasis; encoders voor digitaal objectzoeken zijn als optie te monteren.
