Vaonis Vespera Hygrometer: automatic protection against condensation
The Vaonis hygrometer protects your Vespera from condensation. On cold or humid nights, moisture condenses on the lens, blurring details and making images blurry. This sensor continuously measures temperature and humidity and automatically turns the Vespera's built-in anti-fog system on and off.
The sensor is smaller than 13 mm and clicks discreetly into the optical arm of the Vespera. It works seamlessly with the attached filters.

For whom perceives moistly
If you live by the sea, a river or lake, or observe in autumn and winter at temperatures around freezing, condensation is more the rule than the exception. With the hygrometer, the Vespera regulates the lens heating itself, precisely when it's needed and without unnecessary battery consumption.
Featured accessories
The Vespera Pro already has this sensor built-in; the separate hygrometer is intended for the Vespera and Vespera II. Feel free to combine it with the CLS or dual-band filter: everything works simultaneously.
For whom yes and for whom no
- Owners of Vespera or Vespera II in a humid environment or with winter observing nights
- Vespera Pro owners: the hygrometer is already built into the station
