This semi-column raises the Kolossus parallellogram mount 20 cm higher. This reduces the difference between bent and upright viewing when looking towards the zenith, especially for longer observers or with a low tripod.
The half-mast is made of aluminum and maintains the same rigidity as the mounting itself. It fits on a telescopic tripod of the EQ-5 type and is model-specific: only for the Kolossus. If you are looking for a complete tripod, then look at the Omegon Pro mast.
