Omegon Counterweight - extra balance for your EQ-500 X and other mounts
The 2.6 kg Omegon counterweight helps keep your larger telescope or camera perfectly balanced. You simply slide it onto the counterweight bar and tighten the fixing screw. This keeps everything stable while tracking objects in the sky.
Universally applicable
The 21 mm bore fits the counterweight rods of many brands, such as Skywatcher, Meade and Celestron. So you have no worries about compatibility, as long as you check the diameter of your rod.
Solid and reliable
The weight is made of steel and feels solid. The white coating protects against scratches and abrasion. Even with larger setups, your mount remains balanced and your observation stable.
