iOptron 5 kg Counterweight – 28 mm Bore: 5 kg counterweight for the 28 mm shaft

This 5kg counterweight is designed for mid-range iOptron mounts with a 28mm counterweight shaft: CEM40, GEM45, CEM60, and CEM70. A perfectly balanced mount tracks smoothly and keeps the load on the drive low.

The weight slides on the 28 mm bar and the integrated ring collar keeps it securely in place.

For the middle class

With mounts in this class, the setup grows quickly: larger tube, camera, guidescope. With weights of 2.5 and 5 kg, you can adjust the balance step by step.
