iOptron iEQ45 Counterweight Extension – 28 mm: extension rod for the counterweight rod

This extension is screwed onto the original counterweight rod of your iEQ45. The lever arm is longer, allowing you to achieve the same balance effect with fewer kilograms. That saves weight in your bag and relieves the strain on the motors.

Your existing counterweights with a 28 mm bore fit directly onto the extension; additional parts are not required.

Sturdy and simple

The rod is 266 mm long and 28 mm thick, made of solid material. Once screwed on, it is free of play, ensuring smooth movement during observation and photography.
