De favoriete optiek, fotografisch volledig ontketend

The Celestron EdgeHD 925 CGEM II geeft de geliefde 9,25 inch EdgeHD-optiek de montering die zijn potentie volledig benut. Het vlakke, coma-vrije beeldveld houdt sterren puntvormig tot aan de rand van grote sensoren, en met 1127 keer meer licht dan het blote oog levert dit systeem zowel visueel topwerk als publicatiewaardige astrofoto's.

EdgeHD technology in brief

Correctielenzen in de baffle, spiegelvergrendelingen tegen verschuiving en ventilatieopeningen voor snelle afkoeling. De rustige C9.25-optiek blinkt uit in het bereik dat de Nederlandse lucht toelaat, meestal rond 300x voor planeetwerk. Met de optionele f/7-reducer wordt het systeem sneller voor deep-sky opnamen, en de CGEM II draagt het geheel met camera en guider ruim binnen zijn 18 kg marge.

The CGEM II Mount: Room for Serious Photography

De CGEM II is de zwaardere Duitse equatoriale GoTo van Celestron: 18 kg draagvermogen, NexStar+ handcontroller met ruim 40.000 objecten, All-Star Polar Alignment, permanent programmeerbare periodieke foutcorrectie (PPEC) en een autoguider-poort. De montering werkt op 12V; een powertank is de logische aanvulling.
