Compact Maksutov with wireless control
The Celestron Astro Fi 102 Show how modern stargazing can be. No hand controller: the telescope generates its own Wi-Fi signal, and you control it completely via the free SkyPortal app on your smartphone or tablet, even in locations without internet. The 102mm Maksutov-Cassegrain with a 1325mm focal length delivers the high contrast this design is known for.

Tapping and viewing with SkyPortal
Select an object on the screen and the telescope automatically points to it, while the app displays background information about what you're seeing. Alignment is done with SkyAlign: point to three bright celestial bodies and the software does the rest. No astronomy knowledge is needed, making this an ideal telescope for the whole family.

Maksutov optics: planets at their sharpest
The closed tube keeps dust and air currents out, and the long focal length makes high magnification easy. The 25mm and 10mm eyepieces deliver 53x and 133x; realistically usable up to about 204x. Moon craters, Saturn's rings, and Jupiter's cloud bands are the hunting grounds for this optics.

Light, compact and easily set up
The aluminum tripod with accessory tray and compact tube is ready in minutes. The mount runs on AA batteries; for longer sessions, an external power supply is a wise addition. This way, you can easily take a full-featured GoTo telescope on a trip or to a dark site.
