Compact and ready for your first observations
The Omegon Horizon AC 70/700 is your easy start in astronomy and nature observation. You set it up in minutes. You aim. You look. The Moon shows craters and mountains. Saturn shows rings. By day, you spot birds and distant landscapes. The stainless steel tripod keeps the image steady, so your image stays sharp even at higher magnifications.

Clear and high-contrast image
The 70 mm achromatic lens gathers enough light for the Moon, planets and bright nebulae. The f/10 focal ratio gives calmness in the image and fine contrast. So you can see cloud bands on Jupiter and, with good viewing, even the Cassini separation on Saturn. Your image remains clear and sharp.
Focusing without fuss
The Crayford focuser runs on ball bearings. It rotates smoothly and without play. You find the perfect focus at lightning speed, even at higher magnifications. It feels precise and gives confidence, every session.

For day and night
With the 90° amici prism, you'll see straight and true to nature. Ideal for birds, wildlife and distant mountain peaks. At night, you switch to the Moon and planets in no time. One telescope for two worlds.
AZ-Bellavista: intuitive and stable
Move just like a good photo tripod: up, down, left and right. Fine gears in both axes give smooth, precise movement. You'll effortlessly keep each target centered. The stainless steel tripod dampens vibrations so details remain visible.
What to expect
The Moon shows sharp edges, deep craters and long shadows. Jupiter shows cloud bands and four bright moons. Saturn appears with distinct rings. Bright deep-sky objects such as Orion and Andromeda show up as nebulae. During the day, you get a bright, upright image for nature and landscape.
Ready to use and complete
Everything is in the box to get started right away. You'll quickly find your targets with the LED finder. The 25 mm and 10 mm Plössl eyepieces deliver pleasant magnifications with good contrast. The 2x Barlow brings you closer whenever you want. With the extension, you always reach the right focus. The smartphone adapter with Bluetooth shutter makes shake-free moon photos surprisingly easy.
What we recommend
✓ Moon: excellent fit
✓ Planets: lots of detail for 70 mm
