Twelve inches of light, trunk-sized
The Levenhuk New Skyline PRO 12 inch Retractable It combines a full 304 mm parabolic optics with a foldable truss tube. When collapsed, this twelve-incher fits into a standard car trunk; when extended, it delivers the same 1886x light gain as the fixed version. This makes the dark night sky outside the city accessible even for a large-aperture telescope.

From trunk to first light in minutes
Slide out, lock, and briefly collimate: assembly is a routine that takes a few minutes. Primary mirror cooling and the 8x40 optical finder are standard equipment. A shroud around the open truss keeps stray light and dew out; we recommend this accessory for suburban areas.
For whom yes, for whom no
For: The deep-sky observer who wants to see the most and regularly travels to dark locations. Not for: Those with a permanent setup; the fixed PRO 12 offers the same optics more affordably.
