William Optics Vixen-Style Dovetail 7″: the clamp that grips your rail all around
This William Optics clamp accepts Vixen-style dovetail bars and clamps them evenly over their full length. This distributes the pressure: the rail is locked in place without point loading, without scratches, and without shifting, even when you tilt the telescope.
You mount the clamp to a mount, tracker, or tripod head using the mounting holes (M8 and 1/4 inch). The locking knob is easy to operate, even with gloves on.
