William Optics Polar Wedge for Lage SkyGuider Pro: The wedge your tracker deserves

The William Optics pole wedge (low latitude) replaces the standard wedge of the iOptron SkyGuider Pro with a significantly stiffer and more finely adjustable version. You place the wedge between the tripod and the tracker and set the polar altitude with precision adjustment knobs: millimeter work instead of struggling.

The standard wedge is sufficient for wide-angle lenses, but when working with telephoto lenses or a small telescope, the wedge determines the quality of your polar alignment and thus your maximum exposure time. This version is the low-latitude variant, made for observation locations at lower latitudes; for the Netherlands and Belgium (around 51 to 53 degrees), the High Latitude version is generally the more logical choice.

Solidly built

The housing is made of robust aluminum, and the Vixen-style saddle securely holds the SkyGuider Pro. Fine adjustment remains smooth and backlash-free, even under load.
