The Vaonis Vespera II X Edition is the most extraordinary version of the Vespera series: the same proven technology, in a sophisticated open-frame housing that literally showcases the quadruplet lenses and the motorized mount. The 50mm apochromatic lens (f/5) with lanthanum glass and the Sony IMX585 sensor also capture faint nebulae and distant galaxies in detail.
Three upgrades that make a difference
The X Edition adds three things to the standard Vespera II: an integrated hygrometer that protects the optics from condensation, a carbon fiber tripod that combines lightweight portability with maximum stability, and a hard case for safe transport. Precisely the components that count most during intensive use.
The same smart core
Via GPS, plate solving, and astrometry, the instrument self-orients itself with the push of a button, after which tracking accurately follows each object. CovalENS builds panoramas larger than the sensor field, and the Singularity app shows live how the Andromeda Nebula or the Horsehead Nebula is being constructed.
