The StellaVita puts you on the telescope and connects you to your cameras, mount, focus motor and filter wheel. Then you can control the entire session from your phone or tablet: align the pole, locate the object on the star map, focus, guide and plan a series of shots. All the drivers are already there.
Unlike the ZWO ASIAIR, the StellaVita is not tied to one brand. In addition to all ToupTek equipment, it works with cameras from ZWO, QHY, Player One and Atik, mounts from Sky-Watcher, iOptron and Celestron, and OnStep mounts, as well as focusing motors and filter wheels from, among others, ZWO and QHY.
Wifi works on 2.4 and 5 GHz with an external antenna and a range of up to 10 meters. There is a Gigabit network port, two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, four 12 volt outputs to power your equipment and an SD card slot for your recordings. The StellaVita itself requires a 12 volt power supply of 8 amps.
Who is StellaVita for?
Hello Anyone who wants to take photos without a laptop and with equipment from different brands.
Not who already has an ASIAIR and only uses ZWO.
