Sky-Watcher Evoguide-50ED: the guidescope that is also a telescope

The Evoguide-50ED is a 50mm ED doublet with Ohara S-FPL53 glass: pinpoint stars, and that's exactly what makes guiding accurate. With a 242mm focal length (f/4.8) and a fine helical focuser, you can achieve pinpoint focus on your guide star, allowing your autoguider to send tight corrections.

The camera side offers T2 threads and a 1.25-inch eyepiece holder; collimation rings with nylon set screws precisely align the viewer to the guide field. And because the optics are so good, the Evoguide does more than just guide: with the matching field flattener, it becomes a widefield mini-astrograph, and it's just as useful as a travel scope or finder.
