This MiniPier raises your mount 20 cm above the tripod: a more comfortable viewing height and more space so that the telescope or camera does not hit the legs when aiming at the zenith. The aluminum extension keeps the mount stable, even at high magnification.
It fits on various iOptron tripods and stands: AZ Pro, Tri-Pier, MiniTower 1.5 inch and 2 inch, the iEQ45/CEM60 tripod and the 42 and 48 inch stands. On top of that, it supports the CEM70, CEM60, CEM40/GEM45, iEQ45, AZ Pro and MiniTower. Not suitable for the iEQ30 tripod. If you place an AZ Pro on a Tri-Pier, you also need the separate set of screws.
