iOptron Pillar Tri-Pier Column Stand: pillar stand for heavy-duty mounting

The Tri-Pier combines the rigidity of a pillar with the leg adjustment of a tripod. The height is adjustable from 80 to 108 cm and can be adjusted per leg, so the pillar is also perfectly level on uneven ground.

The pillar stand supports up to 100 kg and fits on, among others, the CEM60, iEQ45 and iEQ45 Pro, iEQ30 and iEQ30 Pro, and the AZ Pro. For the CEM120, the separate 230 mm Tri-Pier adapter is available.

Calm image thanks to dampers

The feet have built-in shock absorbers. Footsteps and gusts of wind are barely transmitted, so the image remains smooth even at high magnification.

Light enough for location work

The pillar and the top legs are made of lightweight aluminum, the extension parts are made of stainless steel. This way you can take observatory stability with you to a dark location.
