The complete azimuthal four inch for day and night!

The Bresser Messier AR-102S/600 Hexafoc Nano AZ combines 102mm wide-field optics with the smooth Hexafoc focuser on an alt-azimuth mount. Star fields, the Moon, and even the Sun with the included solar filters: all without alignment work.

Bresser 102/600 Nano AZ Optical Tube

Short achromatic with wide field of view

The 102 mm lens captures approximately 212 times more light than the naked eye. With the 26 mm Super Plössl eyepiece, you are viewing at 23x. Honest advice: at f/5.9, some color fringing remains visible on bright objects; the focus is between overview and detail, up to approximately 100x. Use solar filters only if they are undamaged, and never look at the sun without certified protection.

Nano AZ mount with Hexafoc

But the azimuthal "Nano-mount" is aimed like a photo tripod, and the 2.5 inch Hexafoc focuses smoothly and without shifting, even with heavier eyepieces.

For whom yes, for whom no
