The Omegon 152 mm Triplet is the largest apochromat we carry: 152 mm aperture and 1200 mm focal length (f/7.9) with an air-spaced triplet of FCD-1 ED glass. This is the class where refractors live up to their reputation: razor-sharp double stars, high-level planetary detail, and deep-sky with the contrast that only an obstruction-free light path delivers.

An apochromat converges all colors to a focal point. Stars remain white and point-like, without the purple edges of simple lenses: precisely what a camera sensor would mercilessly reveal.

Adjustable lens cell: unique in this price range
