iOptron iEQ30/iEQ45 iPolar electronic pool finder: electronic pool finder for iEQ30 and iEQ45

With the iPolar line, you can mount an iEQ30 or iEQ45 on the celestial pole via your laptop screen. The built-in camera shows the actual pole position and the direction of your mount; with the azimuth and elevation buttons, you can bring both points together.

The software automatically calculates the exact pole position based on date and time. Guessing where the pole star should be no longer necessary, and you no longer have to fumble through an optical pole finder under the assembly.

Accurate at every location

The sensitive wide-field sensor finds the correct direction even after a rough alignment. The iPolar works in the northern and southern hemispheres and remains usable at low latitudes.

Accurate positioning noticeably extends the usable exposure time without guiding. Connection to the computer is via USB 2.0.

Assembly

The polarizer is intended for the iEQ30 and iEQ45 series and replaces the optical polarizer. Mounting material is included.
