ZWO ASI585MC Pro: the all-rounder, now with active cooling
The ASI585MC Pro uses the versatile Sony IMX585 sensor (3840 x 2160, 2.9 micrometers, full glow-free) and adds active Peltier cooling down to 35 degrees Celsius below ambient temperature. This makes the all-rounder a full-fledged deep-sky camera for long exposures.
Day and night, the ability to do it all: planets and moon at 47 fps, sun with a suitable filter, EAA, and infrared captures. The cooling keeps noise low, even on warm summer nights.

Cooling without compromise
Glow-free plus cooled is the golden combination: minimal calibration, maximum clean signal yield. Minute-long exposures per frame remain deep and low-noise.
The cooling requires a 12-volt power supply; otherwise, the camera remains as easy to use as its uncooled sibling.

From f/10 to widefield
The 2.9 micrometer pixels match planetary work around f/10 and deliver a wide field for nebulae and moon overviews on short refractors.
With a duo-band filter, you photograph emission nebulae from the city, without a mono workflow.

For whom yes, for whom no
Hello Who is looking for a camera that can seriously handle both planets and cooled deep-sky objects.
Not if you do pure planetary work; then the uncooled ASI585MC is sufficient for less money.
