ZWO ASI533MC Pro Color

The ZWO ASI533MC Pro Color is a compact, cooled color camera with square sensor for deep-sky and planetary photography. The Sony IMX533 CMOS sensor with back-illuminated technology provides high sensitivity, low noise and sharp images of galaxies, nebulae and the moon.

With a square sensor (3008 × 3008 pixels) of 9 MP and a pixel size of 3.76 µm, this camera is ideal for use with fast telescopes such as apochromats, Newtons or HyperStar systems. With a QE up to 80%, active Peltier cooling and 14-bit ADC, this camera offers performance previously known only from CCD cameras - but with much higher sensitivity.

Note

Always use a suitable power supply (12V DC) for cooling, even when not actively cooling. For visual color reproduction, an IR-cut filter is recommended.
