William Optics 32mm Guidescope UniGuide Gold: guiding that matches your gold-colored apo
The William Optics UniGuide 32mm is a compact guidescope featuring a fully multi-coated 32mm (1.26 inch) objective lens and a 120mm (f/3.75) focal length. This fast optics make even fainter guide stars visible, so your guide camera will almost always find a target immediately.
At just 240 g (8.5 oz), the UniGuide barely adds any weight to your setup. The integrated Vixen/Synta-style slide-base rail slides directly into the carrying handles of William Optics telescopes: no loose guide scope rings, no alignment work. This version is gold, matching your William Optics optical tube.

Focusing and camera mount
The helical focusing on the front lens turns smoothly and without play; once focused, it stays focused. You clamp your guide camera centered in the 1.25-inch RotoLock, and via the M42 thread, you connect T-thread cameras directly. Standard 1.25-inch cylindrical guide cameras fit directly.

Which telescopes
With a focal length of 120 mm, the UniGuide 32 is suitable for guiding setups up to approximately 500 mm focal length: think compact apochromats and astrographs. For longer focal lengths, choose the UniGuide 50.
