Versatile Newton for bright images

The Skywatcher N 150/750 PDS BD EQ5 lets you instantly see stars, planets and nebulae like you've never seen them before. The large 150 mm aperture captures a lot of light, making even faint deep-sky objects brightly visible. M13 and other globular clusters dissolve into dozens of individual stars. Planets such as Saturn and Jupiter show fine detail, while Mars and Venus appear richly colored.

Fast and bright

With a short focal length of 750 mm (f/5), you can see large areas of the sky at a glance. The wide field of view makes tracking nebulae, star clusters and comets easy and enjoyable. Ideal for astrophotography, the fast f/5 lens captures a lot of light in short exposure times.

Razor sharp and stable

The parabolic primary mirror minimizes diffraction and delivers a sharp, high-contrast image. Thin spatrons of the secondary mirror minimize light loss. The compact, rugged design makes the telescope resistant to vibration and wind. Your image remains stable, keeping details clear and sharp.

Dual-Speed focuser for precision

The PDS focuser has a 1:10 reduction ratio for accurate focusing. This is essential in astrophotography, but also useful for visual observation. Together with the larger capture mirror, you get a comfortable, optimal image.

NEQ-5 Pro GoTo mount

The EQ5 Pro GoTo mount automatically tracks objects, leaving your hands free. After alignment to the Pole Star, you can easily locate and track stars, planets and nebulae. Add optional motors or SynScan hand controls for a full GoTo system. This allows you to capture long exposures of galaxies as well.

Supplied complete

The telescope comes with 6×30 viewfinder, 28 mm 2″ eyepiece, 1.25″ & 2″ adapter, steel tripod, counterweights and a SynScan hand control. Within minutes, you'll be ready for observation.

What to expect
