If you photograph the starry sky from your garden or a village with streetlights, the background soon turns orange. The Optolong L-Pro for Nikon Z is a wideband filter that blocks some of that light pollution, while most of the light from stars and nebulae passes through it. This means you can also use it for star clusters and galaxies.
This is a clip filter that you place in the mount of a Nikon Z camera, just before the sensor. This way you can combine it with different lenses, or with a telescope via a T-ring. Check out the other accessories for astrophotography with your camera.
Check beforehand whether the filter fits your Nikon Z model. When installing and removing it in a dust-free area, work with your hands and do not touch the sensor. Never photograph the sun with it.
If you want to know how dark your sky really is, measure it with a Sky Quality Meter from Unihedron.
