Omegon T2 Extension Tube 30 mm: Exactly 30 mm in your optical path

Correctors, reducers, and flatteners only work at the exact sensor distance they were designed for, usually 55 mm. Extension rings are the building blocks you use to build up that distance millimeter by millimeter.

Also for making a guide camera parfocal or reaching the focus point with a tight focuser, fixed extension tubes are the simplest solution: no play, no tilt, always the exact same distance.
