Which pipes fit

This bag is compatible with tubes with diameters of 154 to 203 mm, such as the 154/1370 RC and the 8-inch Schmidt-Cassegrain. These are relatively short, thick tubes; a Newton with the same opening is longer and does not fit.

Protection on the go

The thick lining absorbs shocks and the splash-proof material keeps out dew and light rain. The wraparound zipper makes packing and unpacking easy, even with gloves on.

A transport bag only protects well if it fits. Measure the length and diameter of your tube before ordering: too loose will let the tube slide, too tight and you won't be able to get it in.
