Omegon Microspeed Guidescope 60 mm: the guidescope for longer focal lengths

The longer the focal length of your main telescope, the more precise the guiding must be and the more light the guider can capture. This 60 mm version delivers both: a 240 mm focal length for a finer measurement scale and a 60 mm aperture for brighter guide stars.

This makes it the guidescope for RCs, Schmidt-Cassegrains, and larger refractors where the 50 mm class falls short.

Micro-focuser

The Microspeed focuser sets this series apart: a rack and pinion drive with a 10 mm travel focuses the guiding camera infinitely and backlash-free. A sharp guide star is half the battle in guiding, because the software can only correct what it sees sharply.

Complete with mounting hardware

Tube rings, dovetail and ring clamp are in the box. The guider mounts directly onto the main telescope with them, alignable via the rings.

Fast at f/4

The f/4 optics keep the guide camera exposure times short so that the correction frequency remains high and the mount is kept tightly on track.
