Omegon Light Pollution Filter 2 inch

Omegon Light Pollution Filter 2-inch: clearer views under a light-polluted sky

This broadband filter blocks out the light from streetlights, bringing out stars, nebulae, and galaxies with higher contrast. You can use it both in a lit location and under a dark sky.

The 2-inch barrel makes it suitable for wide-angle eyepieces and for photographic light paths. The filter increases contrast without making the star colors unnatural, making it an accessible first filter purchase.

• Broadband optics against artificial light
• Anodized aluminum mount
• Standard 2-inch thread
• Useful for visual observation and photography

Compatibility

Fits any 2-inch eyepiece with filter thread and 2-inch adapters in the photographic light path.
