Omegon LED Red Dot Finder makes finding celestial objects easy, especially for beginners. Where optical finders often give an inverted image and make objects difficult to locate, this LED finder projects an upright, unmagnified image of the sky. You maintain an overview and can quickly aim the telescope.
The viewfinder has a projection disk without optics. You look with both eyes open and see a red dot floating in the sky, so to speak. Place this dot on the desired object, and your telescope is instantly aimed correctly. You easily adjust the brightness of the dot with the dimmable rotary switch so that it is always pleasantly visible, without disturbing your night vision.
Thanks to the Vixen-compatible base, you'll mount the viewfinder on most telescopes from Skywatcher, Celestron, Vixen and GSO with no problem. The lightweight plastic design keeps the viewfinder compact and manageable, yet stable enough for years of use.
Application
Ideal for beginning observers who want to find their way around the night sky faster. Suitable for locating the Moon, planets, bright stars and even some deep-sky objects in conjunction with a star chart.
