Omegon Electronic Filter Wheel EFW 8×1.25″ is a compact and electronically controlled filter wheel that allows you to use up to eight 1.25″ filters automatically. This means you can easily switch between LRGB and narrowband filters during an astrophotography session without opening the telescope or changing filters manually. You thus maintain maximum efficiency and prevent dust or dew from contaminating your filters.

The filter wheel is made of black anodized aluminum and equipped with a quiet, reliable motor that precisely locks each filter position. Via USB, you connect the EFW directly to your laptop or astrophotography controller. Support for ASCOM and INDI drivers makes the filter wheel broadly compatible with popular software such as NINA, ASIAIR and Sequence Generator Pro.

With a high capacity of eight filters, this wheel is ideal for astrophotographers working with complete sets - from LRGB to multiple narrowband filters such as H-alpha, OIII and SII. By pre-loading a carousel, you can run an entire night automatically without even physically intervening.
