Omegon Dimmable Additional Illumination for accurate pole alignment
The Omegon Dimmable extra lighting helps you align your mount faster and more accurately. You can see the engraving in the polar finder clearly, even in the dark. That makes it easier to put the Pole Star in exactly the right place, so your mount rotates nicely with the sky.

Clear vision, just enough light
These lights are dimmable. You choose how much light you need. This keeps the engraving clearly visible without losing your night vision. This is important so that you continue to see stars sharply while aligning.

Made for MiniTrack and EQ mounts
The illumination is intended as an additional accessory for MiniTrack LX2, LX3, LX Quattro and EQ mounts with an illumination unit. Please note that this illumination does not work independently. You need the matching Omegon polar finder illumination to make everything work correctly.

Easy to use, even for beginners
The lights are powered by batteries and are quickly mounted via the screw thread. No complicated settings. Just connect, dim and align. So you'll be ready to observe or photograph faster....

Practical tip from our experts
Insert the two V393 batteries with the minus pole down, toward the LED. This way, the lights will work immediately as intended.
