Omegon Dewlint 11 cm for 1.25 inch eyepieces: condensation-free eyepieces

A dew strap works differently than a dew shield. Instead of shielding the optics, it holds the glass edge a few degrees above the dew point. This prevents water vapor from condensing on it, even at high humidity.

Oculars often cover it first: your eye is close by and the aqueous fluid immediately hits the lens. This short strip wraps around the body of a 1.25-inch ocular and keeps it just above the dew point.

Applying and adjusting

Wrap the strap around the eyepiece, lens, or tube. The flexible design conforms to the curve, and the hook-and-loop closure secures it in place. A controller allows for stepless power adjustment.

Featured accessories

All LED strips in this series operate at 12V and have an RCA connector. For stepless dimming, use a controller; without a controller, the strip always runs at full power.
