Omegon AZ-Deluxe Altazimuth Mount with Tripod: two instruments, intuitive movement

With the AZ-Deluxe, you explore the sky with a gentle push: the mount moves freely in all directions without loosening clamps. The dual-arm with double GP clamp makes it possible to use two instruments at the same time.

Two optical shops next to each other

Put a refractor on the right and a reflector on the left, or a telescope and a large pair of binoculars. You can compare images directly, or look together with someone else without having to switch every time.

Adjustable friction

You set the friction yourself. Too loose and the telescope sags, too tight and you push it past the object. With a properly adjusted friction, the telescope stays where you leave it and still moves smoothly along.

Grade distribution

The mount has degree scales that allow you to read altitude and azimuth. In combination with a star chart or app, that is a simple way to find objects without electronics.
