Omegon 2″ Adapter to Field Flattener M65 is the solution to connect your Omegon field flattener directly to a telescope with a 2″ focuser. Many refractors have a standard 2″ insert sleeve with no thread, which means a field flattener cannot be mounted directly. With this adapter, you will connect it as easily as you would an eyepiece in the focuser.

The adapter is made of black anodized aluminum and features a sturdy 2″ insert sleeve. The inside is fully blackened to minimize reflections and stray light, so you maintain maximum contrast. On the other side, it features an M65x1 female thread that allows you to securely attach the Omegon field flattener.

Thanks to its wide 2″ aperture and M48 front thread, no light is cut off. This adapter is therefore suitable for full-frame astrophotography and guarantees a fully exposed field of view.

Observation goals
This adapter is ideal for astrophotographers who want to use an Omegon field flattener with a refractor with a 2″ focuser. It provides a stable, light-tight connection and prevents vignetting, even when using full-frame cameras.
