iOptron Pillar Tri-Pier Tripod, with Carry Case: pillar tripod with carry case
This is the standard iOptron Tri-Pier, supplied with a carry case. The pillar tripod combines the rigidity of a column with the leg adjustment of a tripod: height adjustable from 80 to 108 cm, adjustable per leg, load capacity 100 kg.
The Tri-Pier fits with, among others, the CEM60, iEQ45 and iEQ45 Pro, iEQ30 and iEQ30 Pro, and the AZ Pro. For the CEM120, the separate 230 mm Tri-Pier adapter is available.
On the way in the trunk
The included roller case protects the pillar during transport and rolls comfortably to the car or venue of choice. Handy for those who travel frequently to dark locations or star-watching events.
Vibration-free perception
The feet have built-in shock absorbers, so footfalls and wind are barely transmitted to the telescope. The pillar and the upper legs are made of aluminum, the sliding parts are made of stainless steel.
