Met de iPolar lijn je een iOptron CEM60 uit op de hemelpool via het scherm van je laptop. De ingebouwde camera toont de werkelijke poolpositie en de richting van de poolas; met de azimut- en hoogteschroeven breng je beide punten samen.

The software automatically calculates the exact pole position based on date and time. Looking through a small optical pole finder is no longer necessary, and alignment is also successful even if Polaris is not clearly visible.

Accurate at every location

The sensitive sensor with a wide field of view finds the correct orientation even after a rough alignment. The iPolar works in both the northern and southern hemispheres and remains usable at low latitudes. Precise polar alignment extends the usable exposure time without guiding.

The connection to the computer is via USB 2.0.

Assembly

Deze uitvoering past in de poolas van de CEM60 en vervangt de optische poolzoeker. Je gebruikt de fijnregelschroeven van de montering om de twee punten op het scherm samen te brengen. De CEM70 wordt standaard met ingebouwde iPolar geleverd; daar dient dit exemplaar als vervanging.
