iOptron 464C Camera iCam: color camera with large field of view
The iCam 464C combines the sensitivity of the IMX462 family with twice the image area: the Sony IMX464 delivers 4.2 megapixels on 1/1.8 inches with 2.9 µm pixels. This allows the entire Moon or a larger planetary field to fit in the frame without mosaicking.
Via USB 3.0, the camera achieves up to 93 frames per second at full resolution, which is enough to stack the best seeing moments.

Low noise and NIR range
The readout noise drops to approximately 0.71e; HCG automatically engages from gain 80, and DPS suppresses outlier pixels using dark frames.
The 464C also peaks between 800 and 850 nm: with an IR850 or CH4 filter, you photograph planets in the quieter infrared.
From Moon to bright deep-sky
The larger field also makes the 464C suitable for bright deep-sky objects and continuous solar or lunar imaging. The ST-4 port allows it to be used as a guiding camera.
