iOptron 40mm Tripod CF: carbon tripod for compact and strain wave mounts

This carbon tripod is lightweight yet rigid: precisely what compact strain wave mounts need. The 40 mm diameter legs support, among others, the HEM15, HEM27 and HEM44, the HAE18, HAE29 and HAE43, the HAZ31 and HAZ46, CEM26 and CEM40, GEM28 and GEM45, SkyHunter, SkyGuider Pro and iEQ30.

The height is adjustable from 54 to 94 cm, allowing you to shoot both low and stable and observe visually in comfort.

Carbon for location work

Carbon combines low weight with high rigidity and dampens vibrations faster than steel. Ideal for anyone taking the mount in a backpack or suitcase to dark locations.

The steel details at the stressed points keep the tripod durable during regular setup and teardown.
