Rain heating works with heating bands and heated rain caps that keep the glass of your telescope, viewfinder or eyepiece just above the dew point. The bands themselves can be found at binoculars straps for telescope and eyepiece, and for regulating the heat there is the two-channel controller from Astrozap.
