The Celestron Omni 12 mm is a classic Plössl eyepiece featuring four fully multi-coated lens elements. The lens edges are blackened to reduce internal reflections, which ensures a high-contrast image with natural colors.

With a 12 mm focal length, you are in the middle ground: detailed enough for the moon and planets, bright enough for globular clusters and planetary nebulae.
