Bresser Polarisatiefilter 1.25 inch: helderheid onder controle

De Bresser polarisatiefilter 1,25 inch is een enkelvoudig polarisatiefilter in een aluminium vatting. Het filter is in de eerste plaats bedoeld voor zonnewaarneming met een Herschelwig: het licht uit een Herschelwig is al gepolariseerd, en door dit filter in het oculair te draaien regel je de helderheid traploos tot een comfortabel niveau.

In addition, the filter is useful as a fixed dimming for a bright moon. Note the difference: moonlight is not polarized, so with the moon, the filter dims a fixed percentage, and rotating it does nothing. Adjustable dimming for the moon can only be achieved by stacking two polarizing filters.
