The Bresser Lyra 70/900 is a serious beginner refractor telescope on an equatorial mount. With the slow-motion controls, you can smoothly track objects as they move across the sky. This way, you immediately learn how the night sky rotates, just like experienced observers do.

Sharp on Moon and planets

The 70mm lens with a focal length of 900mm (f/12.9) provides calm, high-contrast images. Craters on the Moon, Saturn's rings, and Jupiter's moons are clearly visible. Consider approximately 140x as the practical maximum. The included objective solar filter also allows for safe solar observation. Only use a solar filter if it is undamaged and never look at the sun without certified protection.
